The Milford rock band, The Limit, has awakened to the sound of emus in Tampa, FLA., played in front of tens of thousands of people in West Virginia and recently finished recording its second album inside a castle in the outskirts of Utica, N.Y.

Along with its touring experiences – the odometer inside The Limit’s 1995 Ford Explorer reading close to 250,000 confirms there has been plenty – in its seven years together, the band has received a mouthful when it comes to the taste of the music business.

There are the countless fans including the busload from New Hampshire, which will be coming to see The Limit perform on the main stage at the Oyster Festival (Saturday, 12:15 p.m. at Fowler Field). Then, there are the disagreements with music labels and a feel for the ample amount of needed effort to be successful.
